Kevin Spencer has over 20 years experience in the energy-intensive telecomms industry. Kevin is Managing Director of Central Communications Products (CPP), which he launched in 1994 and is a supplier to companies including Orange, Cable & Wireless, Nokia and T-Mobile. Kevin has considerable expertise in recycling and environmental issues. CPP is a Waste Stream Management Partner for both Orange and T-Mobile. Kevin is also involved in energy distribution, including Short Term Operating Reserve (STOR) projects in conjunction with National Grid.
Jevon Thurston-Thorpe trained as an industrial designer and is known for designing the TX1 London taxi cab. He has held a number of senior positions in high-profile businesses, including Managing Director of LTI, and Chief Executive of
Modec, a manufacturer of zero-emission vehicles, which he co-founded. Jevon was also responsible for the introduction of the first mobile location-based GSM service in the UK. Jevon has an Honorary Masters of Technology from Coventry University.
Kris began his career in research and development before moving to operational roles within industry. He has successfully implemented ERP systems within the manufacturing sector as well as ISO14001 and ISO9001 management systems. Kris has also held responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment and is a trained ISO14001 auditor. He has a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Engineering Business Management.
